Supply Chain
Raise the need once. Approval, vendor quotes, award, the purchase order, the receipt at the gate and the invoice match follow from it. One record, numbered and audited.
Requisition
A site engineer raises the need. Each line names the item, quantity, need-by date, destination store and the budget line it draws from. The approval chain is shown before saving and the requisition routes itself.
Project budget
The budget page is the cost control for the project: requested, quoted, ordered, received and the gap per line, with pending requisitions already counted. A PO commits its value the moment it is raised. Over budget, it warns or blocks by policy.
Vendor quote
A supplier with a workspace sees your RFQs, quotes and POs in their own login. A supplier without one opens the secure link in the RFQ e-mail and quotes there, no sign-up needed. A supplier who answers by phone is recorded by the buyer. All three land in the same comparison.
Quote comparison
Quotes arrive in different currencies, on different delivery terms, with different lead times. The comparison converts with your FX rates, adds freight and duty, and ranks on what the material will cost at your gate. L1 is one click from award.
Approval
The award goes to its tier. The approver sees why it is L1, where it sits against budget and who approved before. The person who raised it cannot approve it. One decision sends one e-mail, and the PO is created and sent without anyone pressing send.
Purchase order
The PO prints on your own document template. Payment schedule, charges and discount are copied one-to-one from the awarded quote and stored as data. Ship-to is per line. The vendor accepts from a link; reminders go out on your schedule.
Goods receipt
Every goods receipt references a PO line. Supplier invoice and e-way bill are captured as separate mandatory documents when the policy is on. Inspection and lot capture happen on the same screen. Stock lands in the site store and the budget line shows received value.
Control tower
One cockpit across single-source exposure, long-lead commitments, overdue POs, expiring vendor certificates, on-time delivery and pending approvals. Predictive signals flag items that will stock out before a reorder lands.
