Supply Chain · Control Tower
The control tower puts single-source exposure, long-lead risk, supplier performance, expiring certificates and open exceptions on one page. Dashboards, alerts and reports read the same data as the lists, so what you see is what the team is working on.
Four steps between something changing and someone acting on it.

The control tower and the role dashboard show the state of supply: risks, delays, expiries, exceptions. Rolling periods of the last 30, 90 or 365 days, never a half-month figure.
Get told
Each event notifies the right teammate, role or address by push, e-mail, WhatsApp or SMS. The recipient list per event is yours to set.

Trigger, condition, action. Authored in Settings › Notifications, no code. Notify, call a webhook or create a draft when the condition holds.
Act and report
Every tile opens the list behind it. Every page has Reports for this page. The action inbox collects what needs a decision.
Events feed the dashboards, the control tower and the rules engine from one source.
One page across the risks a buyer cares about. Single-source exposure shows items with one approved vendor. Long-lead risk shows where commitment is late. Supplier OTD and quality, qualification and certificate expiries, and procurement exceptions sit beside them.
Widgets are the product's own pages in small. PO attention lists orders that need a nudge. Project coverage and queues show how much of a project's demand is on order. Stockout risk is computed from the movement ledger, never seeded. The action inbox gathers approvals and tasks.
Every event in the product can notify a teammate, a role or an address. Channels are push, e-mail, WhatsApp and SMS. When the built-in events are not enough, a custom rule takes a trigger, a condition and an action, written in Settings › Notifications and badged Custom under its page.
Reports are a curated catalogue grouped like the sidebar, module by module, page by page. Every data page links to its own reports. The AI assistant answers questions from the same page endpoints, so its numbers agree with the lists.
The screens stay the same; the words on them follow your organisation.
